during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'testing'.
It installed fine in 'testing', then the upgrade to 'sid' fails
because it tries to overwrite other packages files without declaring a
Breaks+Replaces relation.
See policy 7.6 at
https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-relationships.html#s-replaces
Selecting previously unselected package python-pip-whl.
Preparing to unpack .../python-pip-whl_8.0.2-2_all.deb ...
Unpacking python-pip-whl (8.0.2-2) ...
trying to overwrite '/usr/share/python-wheels/six-1.10.0-py2.py3-none-any.whl', which is also in package python-six-whl 1.10.0-1
dpkg-deb: error: subprocess paste was killed by signal (Broken pipe)
/var/cache/apt/archives/python-pip-whl_8.0.2-2_all.deb
python-pip-whl has Breaks/Replaces, but it looks like I got the version
specifications wrong.
