Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

The rsyslog package on ppc64 in sid currently segfaults on Apple Xserve
G5 hardware.

The rsyslog package on ppc64 in sid currently ..
Downgrading, as ppc64 is a d-ports architecture only. Also I'll note
that the current rsyslog version didn't build there.
