chatty was recently rebuilt for the libspelling transition but it
fails to build on armhf.

Some major changes that have happened in the past month since chatty
built successfully: gtk4 4.16, glibc 2.40, mesa 24.2

chatty did build for me on Ubuntu 24.10 today which has similar
package versions.

One option is to remove chatty on armhf. That would require meta-phosh
to be updated to not require chatty on armhf.

The tests pass on a porter box. I've tried to give it back and will

If it helps, chatty can build without libspelling, it will depend on
libgtksourceview-5-dev instead.

I think all you have to do is make it not depend on libspelling for
armhf.

The test fails with

(process:1144): Gtk-WARNING **: 08:49:35.088: Failed to open display

and no other output. How is libspelling involved?
